Hong Kong Door-to-Door Wine Collection Process | Moutai, Cognac, Whisky, Champagne, Sake - All Handled at Once
Before they actually make the move, most customers want to know three things: ordering a quote, when they can come to the door, and how long it will take to get the money. Therefore, we have broken down the wine collection process into a very straightforward process - photo quotation, time appointment, door-to-door inspection, and on-site inspection. No upfront fees or door-to-door fees. Even if you have a Moutai in your hand, you can clear out the entire batch of old wine and the entire cellar at once. The same applies to Hong Kong and Macao, and you can get it anytime you want around the clock.
Four Steps, No Fuss
-
Step 1 | Get a Quote First
Take photos of the front label, back information, bottle cap, and bottle bottom. If there's a box, include it in the photos, and send them to WhatsApp 46135667 or WeChat C8X882. Our appraiser will usually provide a reference price within minutes and explain the key factors affecting the price.
-
Step 2 | Arrange On-site Visit
I thought the price was reasonable, so I decided to come back at a convenient time. You can fly to urban areas on the same day; outlying islands and Macau usually require a day's advance notice because you need to arrange a boat trip to enter the country. Urgent cases can be expedited according to the situation.
-
Step 3 | In-Person Wine Inspection
Our appraiser will come to your home, verify the authenticity, batch, and condition of each bottle, and explain the price and calculation for each on the spot. You can be present throughout the inspection and raise any questions immediately.
-
Step 4 | Immediate Payment
Once the price is agreed upon, payment will be settled immediately – cash, FPS Faster Payment System, or bank transfer are all accepted. Batch counting, settlement, and collection will proceed simultaneously, usually completed within 30 minutes to an hour.

Customers Choose Us for These Reasons
Most Frequently Asked Questions
Is on-site valuation really free?
Yes, even if no deal is made, we charge nothing. All valuation, appraisal, and on-site expenses are covered by us, not contingent on a sale.
If the box and certificate are missing, will the value drop significantly?
It will drop a little. The original box, wine certificate, wine bag, and original case are part of the collectible's value. Missing items typically reduce the value by about 5-15%. However, the wine itself still has value, it just might not fetch the absolute highest price.
Are all members of the net department willing to come to your door?
Of course. For a single bottle of Louis XIII or Juyondai Ryusen, we will personally come. While a larger batch is even more welcome, we won't turn away smaller quantities.
How is personal information kept confidential?
Customer information, transaction amounts, and on-site addresses are all treated as confidential. Using an alias, not issuing a receipt, or not keeping records are all possible and respected according to your wishes.
What should I prepare for the on-site visit?
Try to place it as you originally clicked, and do not wipe the bottle or tear the paper suddenly, as these actions may cause the authenticity to be misjudged. If there are original boxes, outer boxes, wine certificates, and wine glasses, it is best to put them all together for the chef to see.
